Construction Superintendent

Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish - Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors - Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget - Utilize construction management software, such as ProCore, to track project progress and communicate with team members - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA standards - Onsite supervision to monitor progress, quality, and safety

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent (15+ years). - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. - Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., ProCore). - Familiarity with budgeting and cost control procedures. - Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team. - Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols, OSHA 30 certification. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. - Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project) is a plus. - Minimum 15 years of relevant commercial construction field experience. - Excellent work ethic, and a "can do" attitude towards solving problems. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Valid Driver's License.
