Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist :

Process invoices utilizing a 3-way match

Accounts Payable Specialist will communicate across departments to gather necessary information

Accounts Payable Specialist will research and resolve discrepancies

Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and maintain spreadsheets

​ Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist :

Basic Excel knowledge

Prior accounts payable experience is required

Accounts Payable Specialist must be organized and detail-oriented

Salary is $55,000-65,000
