Payroll Specialist – Permanent Position | $55,000-$68,000

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company with a team of over 100 employees, is dedicated to producing high-quality products and maintaining a culture of excellence, integrity, and teamwork. We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our client's accounting and HR team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing biweekly payroll for 100+ employees, ensuring compliance with all state and federal payroll tax regulations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced with payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and audit payroll for 100+ employees accurately and on time.
• Manage and reconcile payroll taxes, garnishments, and other deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee data and reporting.
• Generate and distribute payroll reports as needed.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
