Job Description :

The Integration & Test Engineering Specialist will be responsible for supporting the design development test and integration of complex specialized hardware / software systems installed on ground and airborne ISR platforms.

Essential Functions :

• Interface with other Systems Engineering Flight Line Test Product Development and Project Engineering personnel to understand new baseline functionality.
• Plan and execute integration testing in a Systems Integration Laboratory and on airborne and ground-based platforms.
• Verify and validate new baseline functionality while ensuring legacy functionality still works as intended.
• Follow existing standards to document system testing status and anomalies with the system hardware and software.
• Verify fix to anomalies.
• Interface with customer personnel to ensure their satisfaction with system performance.
• Work with management to develop and adhere to schedules and budgets required to accomplish assigned work.
• Provide regular status updates for ongoing work efforts to keep management and customers informed.
• Self-starting & able to work effectively in an independent & team environment.
• Must possess excellent organization communications and presentation skills.
• Considerable Systems or Software Engineering experience with System Interfaces.
• Work with customers systems engineers & architects to meet delivery requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
• Travel as needed (10% travel expected)
• Provide support regularly during ground and test flight events.
• Understand write and implement systems test plans and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
