Position Overview

We are looking for a Residential Reconstruction Project Manager to lead and oversee home restoration projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll coordinate between field crews and the office to keep projects on schedule and within budget. You'll also be responsible for maintaining safety standards, resolving issues as they arise, and improving overall project efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete multiple home reconstruction projects on time and within budget, maintaining communication with crews and the office regarding any changes or delays.
• Track and monitor the status of projects, identifying risks or problems and implementing proactive solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure company profitability.
• Stay in touch with clients, insurance agents, and our team to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Continuously improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and the overall success of the company.

Here's What We Offer

Salary : $80000 - $130000 per year
