A leading Chicago-based general contractor specializing in high-end residential projects is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee luxury home builds and renovations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented leader with a passion for craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of luxury residential construction projects.

Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications.

Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications and building codes.

Collaborate with architects, designers, and internal teams to maintain project vision.

Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track and within scope.

5+ years of experience in residential construction project management.

Proven success managing high-end or custom home projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
