ICU RN Job Details Location : Indianapolis, IN 46237 (Indiana healthcare jobs) Facility Setting : Adult Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse Start Date : November 17, 2025 Contract Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 12-hour night shifts Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed Estimated Weekly Pay : $1680-$1800 Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend (Friday / Saturday nights) EMR System : Epic Scrub Color : Navy ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Indiana or compact state) Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience required Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Experience with septic and mechanically ventilated patients, including use of hemodynamic monitoring devices Ability to float to other inpatient units as needed Preferred : Experience with CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) and Epic EMR ICU RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU Manage patients with sepsis, respiratory failure, substance abuse, endocrine, and psychiatric disorders Operate and monitor advanced ICU equipment, including Alaris Pumps, Arctic Sun, Prismax, and EV 1000 Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Float to other inpatient units as required based on census and staffing needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR Demonstrate flexibility, positive attitude, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced clinical environment Take the next step in your ICU nursing career with this travel RN job in Indianapolis, IN.
