Our US operations are comprised of Bulk Dry and Liquid Logistics, primarily for the Oil & Gas Industry.
We are currently seeking a full-time Safety Administrator for our San Angelo, TX terminal. Reporting directly to the Safety and Compliance Manager, the Safety Administrator is responsible for processing and verifying documentation regarding safety rules and regulations.
Additionally, they are responsible for the maintaining timely and accurate safety Hours of Service audits.
Job Duties :
- Manage Hours of Service, e-logs, and perform applicable audits.
- Manage pre- and post-trip (DVIR) and perform applicable audits.
- Assist the Safety and Compliance Manager with training, permits, and renewals.
- Administer safety-related documentation and forms.
- Provide support and instruction for electronic logs.
- Track and enter safety-related data into various databases.
- Assist with e-log system (Samsara) testing and upgrades.
Participates in all safety-related programs and education.
Performs assigned tasks in line with quality and production standards required by Caron Transport.
Performs all other duties as required.
Qualifications
- One year of directly related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Professional and dependable.
- Works well in a team environment.
Pay, Benefits, and Perks :
- Hourly rate commensurate with skills and experience.
- Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
- 10 Paid Vacation Days each year.
