What the day will look like

Working closely with the Senior Travel Coordinator, this position will be responsible for booking air, hotel & rental cars for counselors.

Job Responsibilities :

• Arrange travel and accommodation for employees
• Serve as a general resource and point of contact for travel-related issues
• Research and secure rates with airlines, rental agencies and hotels through Sabre GDS
• Ensure travel operations are in line with organizational policies and guidelines
• Receive and respond to any travel requests on behalf of the company
• Perform any special projects as requested

How this opportunity is different

This role will be part-time (20 hours / week) in Q1 through Q3 and full-time in Q4. This opportunity includes extensive support and resources to ensure success and satisfaction. Travel arrangements are managed efficiently and effectively to provide a seamless experience for counselors.

Pay Transparency Laws :

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $32,000.00 -$43,500.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Hammonton, NJ
