Inside Sales Agent – Path to Listings

We’re looking for a licensed real estate professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Agent and earn rewarding commissions while learning the proven steps to become a future Listing Agent. This is a true stepping stone role where you’ll qualify leads, build relationships, and connect clients with our top-performing agents, all while gaining the skills to grow into running your own listings.

First-year earning potential when hitting goals : $140,000+
