Responsibilities

Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.

Policies Management : Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.

Claims Handling : Assist clients with filing insurance claims while providing valuable education on the impacts of claims.

Customer Support : Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.

Policy Renewals : Conduct account reviews prior to renewal to identify cross-sale opportunities and new exposures.

Documentation : Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.

Requirements
