Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction : Communicate empathetically with policyholders to resolve their inquiries and concerns about their insurance policies.
• Policy Assistance : Provide assistance to clients in understanding their policy terms and conditions, as well as the claims process.
• Data Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using our CRM system.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and fulfillment of customer needs.
• Problem Solving : Address and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department if necessary.
• Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our service quality.
