A midsized construction company located inSaratoga County is looking for a Contract Administrator who ishighly organized and detail oriented.

Prior experience in theconstruction industry is not needed. What is needed is an overallpositive and friendly personality a genuine willingness to help theteam stay organized and succeed and excellent administrative andcommunicationskills.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintainaccurate and uptodate records of project documents contracts andcorrespondence. (i.e. insurance certificates WMBE documentationbonding documentation etc.)
  • Process and trackpurchase orders
  • Process and tracksubcontracts
  • Answer and direct phone calls andemails from clients and team members
  • Maintain aclean and organized office space
  • Other dutiesas assigned bymanagement

Qualifications :

  • Apositive and friendly personality.
  • High schooldiploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degreepreferred
  • 2 years of experience in anadministrative role
  • Strong organizational andtimemanagement skills
  • Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite
  • Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam
  • Detailoriented and able to multitaskeffectively
  • Knowledge of constructionterminology and processes is aplus
