As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Service / Sales Support Representative. This is an important, long-term position working directly with company ownership and our technical sales team.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of a work friendly, hands-on, small company environment. You’ll support customers, prepare quotes and orders, manage communications between vendors and clients, and help ensure each project runs smoothly from inquiry to delivery.
Because our products and applications are highly specialized, we’re seeking someone who values long-term stability and growth — someone who wants to learn our systems, contribute to our success, and grow along with us.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional, responsive support to customers and sales representatives
Prepare and manage quotes, order acknowledgments, and invoices
Track shipments, follow up on orders, and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain customer records and product data in our system
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
Assist ownership and sales staff with administrative and project-based tasks
Learn the technical aspects of our product lines to better support clients
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service, inside sales, or administrative experience (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Salesforce
Ability to learn specialized software and technical product information
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
