Celebrity & Influencer Coordinator

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Celebrity & Influencer Coordinator who will play a vital role in supporting the operations of the department. They will provide support and work very closely with the Celebrity Relations Director.

The coordinator will be responsible for all logistical aspects of celebrity & influencer engagements ensuring a seamless and positive experience when managing store pulls for product and talent allowances, processing invoices, and facilitating both domestic and international shipments.

Job responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Travel Logistics Coordination : Manage travel, car and glam bookings for LVA celebrity and influencer talents for fashion shows, brand image events, award shows and fittings.

Process and track invoices related to these bookings; manage LVM re-bills

Reconcile budget for both LVA budget and LVM re-bills.

Support in the preparation and execution of product seeding to celebrities, influencers and stylists; including courier management

Profile

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications / PR or relevant professional experience in celebrity relations.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly range within $28.00 - $30.00, a comprehensive benefits package including : medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount / perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.

4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
