The Internal Evaluation Program (IEP) provides senior company management with an accurate, timely, and comprehensive evaluation of company systems, processes, and functions as they relate to safety, compliance, and operating efficiency.

What You'll Do :

• Primarily responsible for evaluation of the functions of safety systems internally and for external Codeshare partners.
• Develops evaluation process tools and methods (checklists, interview outlines, etc).
• Performs functions as Evaluator during offsite codeshare assessments, potentially in a lead role.
• Facilitates Corrective Action Plans.
• Maintains and updates evaluation files.
• Verifies the implementation of corrective actions.
• Conducts evaluation data trend analysis.
• Works with IEP team to develop an evaluation plan.
• Prioritizes planned evaluations using risk assessment techniques.
• Some travel both domestic and international is required.
