Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and coordinate with executives to align scheduling with organizational priorities
Arrange domestic and international travel and plan events and team gatherings
Build relationships with stakeholders and coordinate special projects and initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent field experience
5+ years of experience in an executive or administrative support role
Proven ability to manage heavy calendaring for multiple leaders
Experience in juggling multiple projects and managing shifting priorities
Strong skills in Google calendar, email, and document management
