Understanding of TOAST / TEAMWORK

Coursing and Wine / Food Pairings

Coaching / Mentoring staff

Ability to write schedules

Understanding of multiple departments in the FOH

Management of beverage program; including ordering, inventory, staff training, and wine list placements. Also,

the ability to work with bartenders to create new drinks for our seasonally changing cocktail menu.

Salary : $60,000 and up with performance based incentives

Compensation : $60,000 - $65,000 per year
