Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage maintenance operations across all shifts in a 24-hour plant. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs, maintaining and improving safety standards, and managing the maintenance of compounding systems, boilers, and automated equipment.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Maintain and improve safety standards, championing safety initiatives within a chemical environment.
• Oversee maintenance of compounding systems, boilers, and automated equipment.
• Manage budgets, cost control measures, and contractor outsourcing.
• Utilize CMMS systems for scheduling and tracking maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations, Materials Management, and Engineering teams to align maintenance strategies with business goals.
• Drive team development, accountability, and performance improvement.

Job Type & Location :

This is a permanent position based out of Emerson, GA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 / yr. - Health, dental, vision - 401K + match - HSA contribution - PTO and vacation time - Great family culture - Room for growth, supervisors started as production workers
