Overview

In this role, you will engage and connect with customers by providing excellent service. You will be an expert on product knowledge, educate and outfit customers, share information about current merchandise, store promotions and events, and execute operational processes effectively to bring the brand to life and build loyalty.

What You'll Do

• Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors and provide a premium customer experience with every interaction.
• Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently; answer questions quickly and accurately.
• Offer style and outfit suggestions using mannequins and displays for inspiration.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back-of-house processes as required.
• Be courteous and responsive to internal and external requests.
• Exchange and verify job-related information to provide support.

Compensation and Employment Details

Hourly Range : $16.50 - $17.50 USD. Employee pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, and location. We meet minimum wage or the pay range minimum required by local laws.
