Job description

Schedule

  • Days : Monday through Friday
  • Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • No Weekends or Overtime.
  • Candidate may be sent home early if daily work is completed before shift end.

Essential Job Functions

  • Patient Care & Treatment :
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans with physicians.
  • Conduct evaluations and implement therapy techniques to improve functional ability.
  • Administer therapy for upper extremity function, sensory skills, and self-care.
  • Collaboration & Communication :
  • Coordinate with PT, Speech, and Nursing teams for comprehensive care.
  • Communicate goals to patients and families, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Leadership & Supervision :
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and ensure quality standards.
  • Documentation & Compliance :
  • Complete clinical and billing documentation accurately and on time.
  • Professional Development :
  • Participate in workshops, continuing education, and professional networking.
  • Team Contribution :
  • Embrace flexibility and assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

    • Qualifications, Education & Experience

  • Education :
  • Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Licensure :
  • Active Occupational Therapist License in the State of Arizona (Required)
  • Experience :
  • Entry-level applicants encouraged to apply
  • Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred
