Job Overview

A leading Am Law firm seeks a talented Intellectual Property and Technology Associate to join its dynamic New York office. Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in federal court litigation involving trademarks, copyrights, and related IP matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses; argue motions in court.

• Conduct UDRP and TTAB proceedings.
• Advise clients on trademark, copyright, and data privacy issues.
• Develop and execute enforcement strategies for IP assets both domestically and internationally.
• Participate in mediation and settlement negotiations to resolve complex disputes.
