We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team in North Andover, MA. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring industrial equipment to ensure quality production that meets customer expectations. Job Title : Machine Operator

Location : North Andover, MA

Pay Rate : $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule : Monday - Thursday, 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM (Four 10-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment according to established specifications.
• Perform routine checks to ensure equipment is running safely and efficiently.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
