Traffic Designer Job at Hardesty & Hanover in Trenton

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Traffic Designer in the Transportation Department of our Mount Laurel, NJ, office. The successful candidate will provide traffic analysis and design capabilities and assistance with highway / civil design efforts.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design of traffic signal / electrical plans and intersection and highway lighting systems

Perform intersection and roadway capacity analyses using HCS, Synchro, and SimTraffic software

Assist in the design and development of conceptual construction staging alternatives and development of traffic control and traffic signing and striping plans

Assist in the design of ADA-compliant facilities

Provide Staffing Augmentation Services for various State and Municipal clients

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)

EIT certification

Zero to five years of experience

Traffic analysis experience
