Cloud Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud Solutions Engineer with at TS / SCI with CI Polygraph to support our DoD customer 2-3 days onsite / week at the Walker LN facility in Alexandria VA.  RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions for defense and intelligence community clients.   Design and implement secure, scalable AWS cloud architectures.   Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).   Configure and optimize AWS services, including compute, storage, networking, and security.   Implement cloud security controls and ensure compliance with DoD requirements.   Automate cloud operations and deployment pipelines.   Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and costs.   Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain security best practices.   Provide technical expertise for cloud strategy and architecture decisions.  QUALIFICATIONS :   TS / SCI clearance W / CI Poly with 3+ years of experience with AWS cloud engineering, networking and security services Experience with using Linux operating system and Bash, Python or PowerShell scripting  Experience with designing, implementing, and maintaining software applications  Knowledge of AWS core services such as EC2, S3, or Lambda  Ability to operate in classified environments supporting mission-critical systems  AWS Associate-level Certification such as Solutions Architect Associate, SysOps Administrator Associate, or Developer Associate Certification  DoD 8570 IAT Level II or DoD 8410 CSSP Certification  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :   Experience with CI / CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and IaC tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation  Knowledge of AWS security best practices and compliance frameworks  Experience interacting with AWS APIs programmatically  Knowledge of IAM roles, policies, users, and groups  TDI does business with the federal government, which restricts employment to individuals who are either US citizens or lawful permanent residents of the United States. “TDI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
