Lead Workplace Planner

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Overall Purpose

Coordinate all phases of complex and high-value construction projects, including planning, resource allocation, technical oversight, interior buildout, ensure technical excellence, timely / on-budget delivery, and adherence to the highest industry quality standards through effective collaboration with all stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Project Leadership and Strategic Planning : Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for construction projects. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Technical Excellence and Quality Assurance : Conduct in-depth technical analysis, review blueprints, and ensure adherence to engineering principles, construction methodologies, and materials science. Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures through regular site inspections to achieve superior workmanship and compliance with technical standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication : Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and present to executive leadership and external stakeholder.

Emergency Response and Safety Leadership : Maintain 24 / 7 readiness to respond to emergency situations, ensuring telecommunication network reliability. Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety and minimizing workplace incidents.

Other Duties as Assigned : Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, including but not limited to problem-solving, regulatory compliance, and resource optimization.

Experience mentoring less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree (BS / BA) desired.

5+ years of Engineering or Architecture experience or related experience.

PMP Certification strongly preferred.
