Small locally owned Ice Cream Store in the North Hills of Pittsburgh (McCandless) in looking for an Assistant Manager.

Oversee Front of the Store

  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction served in appropriate time using proper customer service skills
  • Product Quality Checks check procedures / weights / sizes of products
  • Provide customer service as needed

    • Staff Issues

  • Mentor scoopers
  • Train new scoopers

    • Store Operation

  • Ensure proper cleaning procedures are being followed
  • Ice Cream Making (as back up of ice cream maker)
  • Be able to lift up to 50lbs
