LPL Financial is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to serve as the Strategy & Communication Lead within the Office of the Chief of Staff to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), who oversees two critical technology departments : Investor Experience Technology and Data Technology . This role is pivotal in shaping and communicating the strategic vision of these departments, ensuring alignment with firm-wide goals, and amplifying the impact of technology investments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Executive Storytelling

• Author and maintain the strategic outlook for both technology departments, including current state, investment roadmap, and progress against key milestones.
• Develop quarterly strategic presentations for the Technology Operating Committee, Management Committee, and Board.
• Translate complex technology initiatives into compelling narratives using storytelling, visuals, and executive-ready materials.

Executive Communications

Own and manage all outbound communications from the CIO’s office, including :

Monthly newsletters

Town hall content

Weekly leadership summaries

Ad hoc updates for key stakeholders

Ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with enterprise messaging.

Visibility & Recognition

Leadership Enablement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Pay Range :

$103,575-$172,625 / year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
