Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Application Development Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Directs multiple teams in designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions
Provides technical guidance and establishes organizational objectives for engineering teams
Oversees a large portfolio of development projects, ensuring successful completion while managing quality, schedule, and costs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, including prior management experience
Equivalent experience reflecting applicable knowledge and skills for the position
Experience with Application Development and Applications Architecture
Knowledge of Agile Software Development and DevOps best practices
Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
