BPL Closer

A company is looking for a BPL Closer who will ensure the accuracy and completeness of loan documents in alignment with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of projected loan closings and coordinate loan closing activities

Collect, verify, and prepare closing loan documents, ensuring all conditions are met

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to support the closing process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred

7+ years of experience in loan closing or a comparable role in the mortgage or financial services industry

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Advanced prioritization, organizational, and time management skills

Experience in adapting to changing procedures and applying precise documentation skills
