Position Title : Customer Service Representative
Work Location : Aurora, IL 60502
Assignment Duration : 3 months (possibility of temp-to-hire)
Work Schedule : 8am-4 : 30pm,or 7am-3 : 30pm
Position Summary :
Selected candidate should have at least 2 years of Customer Service experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Experience using various business operating systems (accounting, order processing, inventory, and Sales force).
Strong customer service and communication skills (telephone, email, teams, and interoffice communications)
Email communication / Inquiries with sales team and other WM / Client team members in other divisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Ability to work independently and / or in a team environment
Strong attention to detail, well organized, and professional.
Manifest - Mail merging
Purchase order processing / with suppliers
Order entry
Freight scheduling
Qualification & Experience :
At least 2 years of Customer Service experience.
