The Opportunity With McKinstry

McKinstry is currently seeking a Sr. Director, New Program Development in the Offsite Manufacturing division located in Austin, TX. This role will provide enterprise-level leadership in the creation, launch, and scaling of new programs within our Modular Products business, leveraging our strengths in mechanical cooling solutions to establish a robust modular program and product portfolio serving the mission-critical, industrial, and distributed energy resources (DER) markets.

The Senior Director of New Program Development will translate strategic business vision into multi-year growth programs, driving innovation, market validation, product design, operating model optimization, and long-term commercialization. This role will lead cross-functional alignment, shape capital investment strategies, and ensure new programs are operationally and financially viable in support of the company's 2030 vision and beyond. The pay range for this position is $180,100 $273,700 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
