10 / 26 / 23 - 10 / 31 / 23
11 / 10 / 23 - 11 / 15 / 23
11 / 25 / 23 - 11 / 30 / 23
12 / 3 / 23 - 12 / 8 / 23
12 / 17 / 23 - 12 / 22 / 23

Requirements :

Board Eligible EM minimum

Active, unrestricted MI License

Clean DEA / Malpractice / NPDB (no current suits, unresolved cases, large payouts in previous 7 years)

BLS certification

Credentialing can be accomplished in 30 days EMR : Meditech Emergency Department sees 30 Patients per 24 hours Travel & Lodging provided Malpractice Insurance provided
