As a construction safety manager, you will be part of the onsite safety oversight supporting a high-value, mission-critical project. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Cheyenne, WY

Pay Range : $76 to $83 / hr plus benefits

What's the Job?

• Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards on large-scale construction sites.
• Support the general contractor in reducing safety incidents through proactive safety measures.
• Drive safety initiatives and address safety issues onsite to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor safety incident rates and report on safety performance metrics.
