Our client, a leading organization in the learning and development industry, is seeking an Art Director II to join their team. As an Art Director II, you will be part of the creative department supporting the brand identity and visual design initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Art Director II

Location : Remote CA, WA, NY, TX only

Pay Range : 60-65 / hr

What's the Job?

• Reimagine and develop the visual identity for RREL (Regulatory, Risk and Ethics Learning) at Meta.
• Translate brand narrative and guiding principles into scalable, modern visual design systems.
• Create moodboards, style guides, and visual concepts that communicate tone, personality, and learner-centered design.
• Build a cohesive visual identity system including color, typography, iconography, photography, and motion guidance.
• Collaborate with learning designers, program managers, and external vendors to ensure consistent quality and alignment with brand standards.
