Overview

We are seeking an exceptional advertising Art Director to drive the development of innovative, concept-driven marketing campaigns that engage developer audiences across multiple platforms around an owned industry event. As a creative designer / motion designer, you will be responsible for guiding the design of high-impact, elevated creative that meets the objectives of the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Create the assets for marketing campaigns across digital platforms (FB, IG, LI, YT, etc)
• Collaborate with external creative agencies and internal colleagues to conceptualize, develop, and refine ideas
• Design and develop visual concepts, including typography, color palette, and imagery, to support campaign messaging and branding
• Create design assets, such as graphics, icons, and illustrations, to enhance visuals
• Support presentations to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Foster strong relationships with external agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing
