Job Summary :
An experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Finance Lead to oversee the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Financials. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of financial modules and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Functional Leadership : Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expenses.
- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze financial requirements.
- Solution Design : Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financials accordingly.
- Implementation Oversight : Manage end-to-end implementation activities including data migration, testing (SIT / UAT), and go-live support.
- Workshops & Training : Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user onboarding for financial modules.
- Integration Support : Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems (e.g., procurement, HR, legacy systems).
- Documentation : Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Post-Go-Live Support : Provide hypercare support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.8+ years of experience in ERP implementations, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.Hands-on experience with Oracle modules : GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expenses.Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation as a Functional Lead.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills :
Oracle Cloud Financials Certification.Experience in public sector or large enterprise implementations.Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and reporting tools like OTBI and BI Publisher.
