SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Analyzing and evaluating application performance across multiple tiers Required 8years
- Experience with identification and solution implementation for performance and scalability bottlenecks and issues Required 8years
- Experience with Oracle wait interface and event analysis Required 8years
- Experience with Performance tuning of large Oracle databases in AWS (50 TB) Required8years
- Experience with large Oracle Exadata databases and clusters Required 8years
- Experience with Single node nonExadata Database tuning Required 8years
- Experience with Linux shell scripting SQL tuning and session tracing. Required 8years
- Experience with AWR ASH ADDM generation and analysis Required 8years
- Experience with Oracle AWR Raw data analysis and interpretation. Required 8years
- Experience Extrapolating system behavior under representative load to predict system behavior under full load / stress. Required 8years
- Experience with Presenting complex results analysis and metrics to a diverse audience of technical and nontechnical personnel. Required 8 years
- Experience with Troubleshooting performance bottlenecks and issues. Required 8years
- Knowledge of Oracle internals pertaining to database performance Required 8years
- Experience with understanding of application behavior performance and interaction patterns with DBs in relation to performance and scalability. Required 8years
- Experience with extrapolating application and data tier metrics to explain system behavior. Required 8years
- Experience with Technical writing and diagramming skills including proficiency with modeling and mapping tools (e.g. Visio Erwin) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel and PowerPoint) and MS Project. Required 8years
- Experience working with multiple teams concurrently being able to prioritize and complete work on time with high quality Required 8years
- Experience on an agile sprint team Preferred 5years
- Experience with JIRA software Preferred 5years
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or Business or equivalent experience. Preferred 4years
- Prior experience with an HHS agency Preferred 2years
- Prior experience working with PII or PHI data Preferred 2years
- Prior experience working with HL7 data Preferred 2years
- Prior experience in the Healthcare Industry Preferred 2years
