ER Coder Full-Time Days MMH

Responsibilities

Accountable for coding outpatient services accounts which include, but limited to, OP Dia; LNP, LAB, HYP; Pediatric PT / ST / OT; Adult PT / ST / OT; and Recurring accounts for reimbursement and statistical purposes. Provide quality and accurate coding to ensure all diagnoses are coded to support medical necessity. Knowledgeable and provides support for the daily capture of Emergency Department Leve Charges and Procedures charges when needed. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Completes other duties as assigned.
