Position Overview : We are currently seeking a board-certified Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient clinic in Honolulu, HI. The Family Medicine Physician will play a key role in providing primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no nights, call, or weekends, providing an excellent work-life balance.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease management, in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct thorough medical assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic evaluation, to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform minor procedures as needed to address patients' healthcare needs.
• Educate patients and families about health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management strategies to optimize health and wellness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and support staff, to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) system in accordance with established protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and continuing education activities to enhance clinical practice and patient outcomes.
• Maintain professional licensure and board certification, staying abreast of current guidelines, standards of care, and best practices in family medicine.
