This company is seeking a highly skilled Director of Product to join their team in Los Angeles. As the Director of Product, you will lead the charge in defining and enhancing how they track and interact with gaming activities globally.
What You'll Do :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with this company's long-term vision.
- Direct and expand a team of product managers, designers, and engineers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Own the product roadmap, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that all product initiatives support the strategic goals of the organization.
- Serve as a senior leader, driving product initiatives across the company.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure this company maintains a competitive edge in the gaming and activity tracking markets
- Lead user research and A / B testing to continuously refine and optimize the product experience based on user feedback and behavior.
- Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, overseeing product launches to ensure they meet user adoption and satisfaction goals.
What It Takes :
- 10 years in product management with proven leadership in managing and directing product teams.
- Extensive experience in digital product management, particularly in activity tracking platforms, with a successful track record of launching and scaling products.
- Strong background in either product design, software engineering, or data science, with the ability to make informed decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into actionable plans.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and persuade across all levels of the organization, championing product vision and strategy.
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry, particularly MOBAs like League of Legends, is highly desirable.
