Responsibilities :

Bi-Lingual

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our cleaning services.

Utilize scripts effectively while also adapting conversations to engage clients.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Schedule appointments for our cleaning team based on customer needs.

Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and address inquiries.

Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance promotional strategies.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements :

Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the service industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools.

Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
