Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Director of Transportation for Wisconsin to their team in Milwaukee!
Responsibilities :
- Complete / participate in civilengineering project design as needed
- Lead / mentor / train engineering design staff
- Frequent contact with clientsincluding responding directly to client requests and referring clients toappropriate manager when needed
- Assist with marketing efforts includingattending industry events
- Assist with business development, includingpreparing proposals and participating in project interviews
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree inCivil Engineering
- 15+ years of design andproject management experience for transportation, structural, stormwater, or general civil projects
- PE License
- Experience reading,analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals,technical procedures, or government regulations
- Experience writing reports,business correspondence, and proposals
- Ability to work in ateam environment and attend conferences
Salaryis commensurate with experience.
