As a Marketing Summer Intern, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.

Job Overview :

This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills, expand your professional network, and make a lasting impact on our company's mission and values.

During the 8-week paid internship, participants will :

• Have a chance to connect with and learn from our company's executive leadership team throughout the course of your internship.
• Have a mentor who's invested in your success, and will provide feedback and coaching.
• Interact directly with, and receives assignments from marketing / public relations staff; works with other departmental representatives as needed to help implement activities.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
• Prepare a written and verbal presentation including the project hypothesis, goals, scope, framework, methodology, data analysis, recommended solutions, and timeline.

What you will need :

• High School Diploma or GED
• Currently working on completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the related field or equivalent from an accredited school.
