Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Business Office Trainer, you will contribute to the company's mission, vision, and values by providing leadership and a positive environment for the business office team. Under guidance of the Business Office Manager, you will serve as the technical expert with regard to office functions and training for the insurance verifications team.

What you will do in this role :

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the responsibilities associated with the insurance verifications role in the business office
• Work closely with management to develop a structured training and orientation program by writing curriculum and creating course materials
• Conduct training and train-the-trainer sessions with employees to ensure material is relevant and implemented effectively
• Assist in creation of new policies and procedures and / or update existing policies and procedures as necessary
• Communicate process updates, schedule adjustments, and other feedback to the business office team
