RequirementDescription :
The Ohio Departmentof Aging (ODA) is looking for an experienced skilled and motivatedfullstack senior .NET developer to join the team.
The candidatewill be supporting State projects and application systems tosupport the personnel that serve the aging community and the agingcommunity at large.
The ideal candidate will be involved in thedesign development coding customization configuration testing anddeployment of applications and provide post deployment support toend users.
This position will function as a highlyskilled fullstack senior .Net developer with specificresponsibilities that include :
Participate as part of a team that has deep knowledge ofanalysis modern design development and testing to meet industrystandards while satisfying business and functionalrequirements.
Develop and lead the enhancementsof robust technology & data systems ensuring compliance withrelevant regulations and standards.
Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams of technical and nontechnical personnelto gather and analyze requirements to determine necessity ofmodifications or enhancements and translate into technicalspecifications.
Utilize programming language andframeworks (.NET Bootstrap Angular MVC) to create modulesinterfaces and functionalities needed to solve complexproblems.
Leverage database structure andoptimize data storage and retrieval processes for efficientreporting and data management.
Design andimplement middleware solutions to optimize data flow improveoverall system efficiency and enhance systeminteroperability.
Demonstrated expertise in thedesign development and maintenance of thirdparty APIs leveraging.NET technologies to facilitate seamless communication betweensystems and applications.
Utilize technicalexpertise to create integrations across diverse technicalenvironments and crossplatform technologies both internal andexternal systems ensuring data quality and privacyprotection.
Proficient in using MS DevOps toolsand practices to build and manage CI / CD pipelines and to configureand manage build release and deployment processes.
Integrate secure user authentication and authorizationmechanisms including rolebased access control (RBAC) to controlsystem access.
Displays an understanding ofapplication security best practices and how to properly implementthem.
Produce technical and operationaldocumentation.
Ability to make best practicerecommendations based upon past work.
Utilizesexcellent written and verbal communication skills with technicaland nontechnical personnel.
Encourages diversityof thought and creative problem solving.
