Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of recent radiology experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Position is in a hospital radiology department
  • Shift is from 12 : 30 PM to 11 : 00 PM
  • 13-week assignment
  • Epic EMR experience is required
  • No blocked scheduling allowed
  • More than 3 call outs in 13 weeks may result in contract termination, and make-up shifts are required within 6 weeks of the last call out
  • Competency testing may be required with two attempts allowed for passage
  • Requests for time off must be submitted with the application
  • Travel pairs are not permitted
  • Candidates must not reside within a 50-mile radius of specified counties
  • Scrub requirements not specified
  • Travelers may only submit to one position at a time

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent radiology technologist experience
  • Current certifications from AHA or RQI are required
  • Active NYS license required if applicable
  • Epic EMR experience required for consideration
  • No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
  • Flu vaccine required unless a medical exemption is signed by a licensed professional
  • US Social Security Number required (no Canadian SIN accepted)
