JOB DESCRIPTION

Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to produce metal products by performing the following duties : places parts in proper order to assemble the product based on specifications; bolts, clips, screws, cements, and fastens parts together; and performs specific tests to insure product is functioning properly for both electric and gas equipment models. This description is not all inclusive of tasks / duties and may be modified at any given time by management.

• Place parts in proper order to assemble the product based on specifications
• Bolts, clips, screws, cements and fastens parts together
• Performs specific tests to insure product is functioning properly for both electric and gas equipment models
• Other duties performed
• Duties and responsibilities vary based on department
• Work with other members of the department in a professional manner

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Must have good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision and the ability to differentiate between colors. Employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 lbs. Also performing these duties of this job the employee is frequently exposed to risk of electrical shock. The noise level is usually moderate.
