Associate in ISG Equity Operations

We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in ISG Equity Operations to provide support to the Global Morgan Stanley Fund Services (MSFS) Transition Management, Investor Services, and Accounting teams to ensure delivery of best in class service to both our clients and their investors. In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What you'll do in the role :

• Execute processes / functions and / or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team
• Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements
• Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output
• Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution
• Provide daily client cash support, with a focus on time sensitive wire settlements, investigations, wire recalls, and queries in a highly sensitive client / investor-centric environment
• Review and approve client wire distributions, while coordinating and providing support across the NY, Dublin, and Mumbai Investor Service Teams

Salary range for the position : $51,000-$83,000 / Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
