Invesco Summer Intern
Invesco's Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) team sits within the Corporate Strategy and Finance Group and serves as a capability-building execution engine to drive strategic ideation, planning, and implementation to achieve full potential impact across all at-scale change efforts across Invesco.
Your role as a summer intern will partner with the leaders of the ETO, internal Invesco global teams and leadership to execute strategic transformations within Invesco. You will use your experience and education to assist our teams in some of our largest transformation efforts with a chance to make an impact on our employees, our financial results and our clients. This is an ideal role for students seeking a broader role at a Global Asset Management Firm and would like to move towards working in areas such as strategy, initiative planning, execution and governance of large scale projects.
What you'll do :
- Supporting the ETO in their cross-transformation portfolio management activities including :
- dependency mapping
- enterprise program planning / prioritization and
- dashboard monitoring
- participate in relevant meetings and workshops to document discussions and key insights
- Assist in preparation of presentations to senior business leaders
- Help ETO leadership develop business cases including financial models for newly approved transformations
- Provide ideas to supplement tools and processes with innovation and new approaches and implement your own ideas
- Use Excel, PowerPoint and other internal tools to support data analysis and project documentation
- Assist in the day-to-day functioning of the ETO, including note taking, general organizational activities, meeting planning, etc.

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2027Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scaleAll majors welcome with an emphasis on Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering or MathematicsExperience with Microsoft Excel, PPT, Word, & ProjectA demonstrated interest in finance or strategyMust be able to work in one of Invesco's offices where the program is availableMust be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
